Production Introduction

The ball valve seat is is made of a canted level spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used as a stem seal.The polymer jacket's material includes virgin PTFE, TFM, PCTFE, PEEK, etc.The helical wound spring's material includes Stainless Steel, Elgiloy, Hast Alloy, etc.

When the pressure is more than 900LBS, an anti-extrusion ring is required;

This multifunctional design combines two seals and a guide bearing into an integral component. Bi directional seals are suitable for medium temperature / pressure applications requiring simple assembly and quick replacement. When designed without an inner diameter, it also acts as a floating piston.

When low temperature and static, reciprocating or rotary motion are involved, the recommended geometry of the spring energized device is a simple coil spring. However, dynamic or static motion may require the use of solid springs. Recommended spring materials include stainless steel, 301 / 304 /316 stainless steel, or in some applications, Hastelloy, Inconel, or Elgiloy.
